The client for this brief was a local football club. The brief had a small intro to the firm and claimed they wanted some designed material for their club. The football club held players who were aged 8-12 and therefor already set the target audience. The brief mentioned how Ambleside Junior Football Club was seeking for some designed work, including posters, booklets and presentations.

Here is a mindmap I created in order to further my understanding of this business. I made this mindmap through research of the brand, their website and speaking with the client.

The mindmap talks about different aspects of the club, for example, their colours and key objects or mascots. I have also taken note of their mission statements and key business acquirement – like bringing a sense of self-worth with individual players. The mindmap also states the objectives the client wants, so I listed the designed goods they wanted.

It was important that I conducted deep research into the business like this in order to fully understand their mission, objectives and deliverables. This was so I could refer back to the mindmap whenever I needed some inspiration or to ensure my work was cohesive with the brand that already existed.
