When we were given this new module, we ewere lost for the first few days. We didn’t know if the team leader was supposed to be in our group, we didn’t have a brief and we didn’t even know the company of the client. We struggled for the the first few days. We finally made a group chat with the team members and began planning for our first meeting. After the first meeting, I had no clue who Accord were; what they done and what they wanted. I conducted some basic research into their brand, purpose and audience.
